Nancy House, Connie Lappin and Todd Gale are the "Results Team", three full time agents who specialize in Seattle and it's surrounding neighborhoods. Connie and Nancy were one of the first teams in Seattle real estate, joining forces back in 1980. Todd joined the team in 1996. He brings organizational skills and construction knowledge to the mix. Giving back to Our Community
We are extremely proud of giving back to the community that has given so much to us. In addition to pledging a portion of each commission to the Windermere Foundation we have also taken on a few special projects.

RESIDENCE XII
Residence XII is a private, non-profit residential treatment center for women only. Nancy served on the board of Residence XII for over 6 years. During that time they began and successfully completed a capitol campaign fund to construct their new permanent home. It was an exciting time. We actively raised funds, gave of our time and donated money. We are proud to have been involved in ensuring that Residence XII will be here for the future. The MS SKATE
Todd has his own special interest. Each year he joins a crowd of hundreds who are skating for dollars. The money they raise goes to the MS society here in Seattle. He is part of the Windermere team who each individually get pledges from their fellow agents and friends and skate 25+ miles on an early Saturday morning in August. The team has been the top fundraiser for all the years that Todd has been participating.
