I work with my wife, Nancy House, and another 20 year veteran of real estate, Connie Lappin. Both started at Sand Point when Windermere was a small neighborhood office. Working as a team, we can handle big work loads with ease - we are always available to our clients.

I specialize in searching out my buyers "perfect house". Nancy and Connie call me the "Bulldog" because of my tenacious nature. I routinely comb the neighborhoods you have chosen for good, quality houses. I am also in charge of the Market Analysis for our team. I use that same persistence to evaluate the current market value of your home.
Personal Background
I was born in the northwest and can't imagine a better place to live and work than Seattle. You'll see me running at Greenlake with my dog Nick. My current hobbies are glass fusing and making replicas of Indian Bows.
